We are pleased to confirm that the next Car Boot Sale will be going ahead on 5th September (weather permitting).

Because of the current Coronavirus regulations we need to make some changes to the arrangements as follows:

The number of car boot sellers will be limited to a maximum of 65 vehicles.

Sellers must pre-book by sending a message to the Wolverley Memorial Hall Facebook page, providing their name and the registration number of their vehicle (This will be checked on arrival before entry to the site).

Payment must be made on arrival before entry to the site.

Sellers must put the payment inside a sealed envelope, with the Seller’s Name, Contact Details and Vehicle Registration Number marked on the front.

The Hall will be open for the use of the Toilets in the entrance foyer only, where social distancing and hygiene regulations must be followed.

No refreshments will be available and the Kitchen will be closed.

The Car Boot Sale is run by the volunteers of the Wolverley Memorial Hall Charity – there is no extra funding.

Donations to help meet the additional cost of complying with the Covid-19 regulations would be appreciated.

The following Site Rules will also apply.

The car boot sales are subject to fair weather and may be cancelled due to heavy overnight rain or prolonged rain in the run-up to the event. The reason for this is the sloped entrance/exit to the field and we do not want to risk cars becoming stuck on the field.

In the event of a cancellation, we will endeavour to make the decision at the earliest opportunity and update our Facebook page.
