Move It Or Lose It
Low impact, fun and friendly fitness classes for seniors 60+ or younger people who haven’t exercised in a long time.
All of the exercises can be done seated, standing with support or free standing. They are done to upbeat music through the decades and the emphasis is on fun and socialising.
The first class is a free taster.
